Jae

Practice Manager

I have been in the Veterinary Industry for over 9 years, being the face of the clinic and answering all telephone calls and enquiries.

My aim is to make you feel very welcome when you visit us and I believe that all animals, and their family, should always feel comfortable and at ease. I am fortunate to be part of a dedicated team who are passionate about what they do, caring for the health of your pets.

I have 2 children and 2 Furbabies that keep me busy when I am not at work and my heart belongs to the country, with a special love of cows.

Tess

Certificate IV – Veterinary Nursing

Hi I am Tess and I have been working at Jacobs Well Vet Surgery since 2015. After leaving school I completed my Certificate III in Animal Studies and Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. My next goal is to study a Diploma to know even more about the care of your pets.

I was so glad to be chosen to work in this community.  I have studied hard and listened to all the vets’ advice and I feel confident if you come into our surgery, with my help, you will attain the best outcome for you and your pet.

At home I have my fur babies Chicky, a tri- colour Jack Russell cross Pug and Peppa my Fawn Pug. Chicky and Peppa often come to assist me on my workdays. When you visit you may see them relaxing down the back. They also find their way into the Facebook pages because they’re so cute.

In my spare time I like shopping, photography and taking my fur kids to the beach.

Claire

Certificate IV – Veterinary Nursing

Having been a veterinary nurse for over a decade, my true passion within industry is Anesthesia, pain management and hospital medical cases. I also have a huge soft spot for the golden oldies.

I grew up in the UK with many animals. We were known on our street as ‘’the house with all the cats’’, so from even then I knew I wanted to help animals.

Since then I have travelled over the world, met my husband which brought me to settle in Australia. I have gained some fantastic knowledge and skills working previously at PICU (Pet Intensive Care Unit) and AES (Animal Emergency Services) and hope to be able to care and cuddle your fur child if they ever need to come to our clinic in the future.
