At Jacobs Well Veterinary Surgery, we provide a variety of payment and financing options tailored to meet your needs, including payments by EFTPOS, credit card, cash payment, or bank transfer. We recognize that veterinary expenses can be unexpected and may cause stress. To help alleviate this burden, we collaborate with several finance providers, allowing you to manage the costs of your pet’s care over time.
However, please note, we are unfortunately unable to facilitate inhouse payment plans at our practice.

If you already have pet insurance, our friendly team can assist with claims from multiple providers during your appointment. We partnered with Gaponly@ service that offers a new and budget friendly solution for clients by reviewing and calculating your insurance claim right at our clinic.
You only need to pay the gap, which is the difference between our invoice and the benefit provided by your pet insurance policy.

To get started, clients simply make an initial deposit at the clinic, with the remaining balance paid through convenient fortnightly direct debit from their chosen bank account.
The process is straightforward: first, apply for preapproval and receive a response from VetPay in just 15 minutes. Next, the clinic team will add your treatment costs to your account, followed by VetPay confirming coverage and sending you your payment plan via email.
Once your account is established, you can enjoy the reassurance of VetPay’s 24/7 service without the need to reapply.
Afterpay
Afterpay offers a convenient way to manage your pet’s care expenses by allowing you to split payments into four interest free instalments over six weeks.
This flexible option helps alleviate the financial burden of upfront costs, ensuring your pets receive the necessary care without stress.
